T had her arm shut in the van door.., leading to x-ray, questionable break, and a splint to last a week! Oh boy and bring on the copayments! A week later she had her follow up, thought she would harm the Dr as he manipulated her arm to see how she was doing he reviewed the x-ray, said looks like just bad bruising, and since she was so defensive over movement and touch a brace would be made. So brace was made to be worn for a full week, only removed for washing. We have hit one week with the brace today. Last night I saw T use her left arm, good sign that it is feeling better, so she may start taking the brace off as is comfortable. :)
